Ben Baur is a New York based actor, writer, and producer telling bold, funny, and emotionally honest stories. Often queer. Always personal.

He first broke out in the cult indie series Hunting Season, earning a spot on OUT Magazine’s Out 100 for his contribution to LGBTQ+ visibility on screen. Since then, Ben has written, produced, and starred in the rom-com short Something New and the hit web series #Adulting. His performance in Something Like Summer earned him Best Actor at FilmOut San Diego.

Most recently, Ben produced and starred in the horror comedy There’s a Zombie Outside and co-wrote and headlined the upcoming short film Just Between Us, premiering summer 2025. He is drawn to smart scripts, complex relationships, and any opportunity to be both funny and devastatingly sincere, sometimes in the same scene.
